Just want to briefly mention how important it is to KNOW YOUR NUMBERS!
Growing up my parents never really bothered showing me how to be financially responsible. As a result, in my early adulthood, I STRUGGLED to balance out my budget, and never quite got how to keep track of my spending and savings.
Guess what, I was in DEBT because of that. I would go WEEKS without even daring to look at my bank account because I knew if I did, there won’t be any money in there.
I just didn’t know how to deal with the stress and how to make sense of it all.

Yes, your weight and fitness is the same way!
Know you numbers at all times. And I don’t mean weight!
Looking at your weight won’t make it magically go down.
But looking at these numbers WILL:
1. Are you eating the right amount of food EVERY MEAL?
2. Are you eating at the optimal frequency for fat loss?
3. Are you weight training at least twice a week and doing some form of cardio at least once a week?
4. When you are training, are you putting in 100% effort or are you just going through the motions?
Keep track of these 4 numbers, and the results will come!
