Healthy Meal That You Can Cook With One Hand

You are trying to cook dinner, but little Johnny is having another one of his fits leaving you with no choice but to abandon your plan and order a pizza instead.

To make that a thing of the past, get in the game and grab yourself a slow cooker.

Look at how easy it is to cook up a great and healthy meal for the whole family. All done with just one hand! (had to hold the camera with the other lol)


2 lbs chicken, turkey, or pork tenderloin (your choice)

Pinch of kosher salt

Pinch of pepper

½ Cup of Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp of Agave Nectar or Honey

2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

Equipment required

Slow Cooker or an InstaPot


Place meat in the slow cooker pot
Add pinch of salt and pepper
Add the balsamic vinegar, agave nectar, and mustard
Give it a nice and even rub
Place into slow cooker
Cook on LOW for 4 – 6 hours in regular slow cooker or 20 minutes in an InstaPot
Shred the meat and place over your favorite salad and enjoy
